Watching the "Greatest Game Ever Played" special gave me an idea for some concepts. I want to make a 10 team league set back in the 1950's. Logos and jerseys will be similar to the ones they used back then. Examples: Logos, Jerseys. So here are the
10 cities that will get teams.
New York Skyliners
Chicago Hornets
Baltimore
Boston Shamrocks
San Francisco
Philadelphia
St. Louis
Cleveland
Washington DC
Detroit
If anyone objects to the cities, post your opinions. I also need team names, so can you please help?
It would be cool if you could replace Baltimore, St. Louis, Or San Fran with Butte, Helena or Great Falls, Montana. They were really big towns until the mining industry shut down in the 70's. Butte could be the Miners or The Irish, Helena could be the Stallions or the Nuggets, or Great Falls could be the Electrics (Great Falls is called the Electric City for its major hydroelectric dams.
